The Story
Our deep-filled vegan pecan brownie slab is wheat-free and studded with caramelised pecans. Embellished with an Easter cookie border and 'Happy Easter' lettering.
It makes a great dessert too, just warm it for 5 - 10 minutes in the dying heat of an oven (or 1-2 minutes in a microwave) and you've got yourself a melting chocolate pudding! Just add cream!
Each brownie slab weighs approx 700g, measuring 14cm x 20cm. It can be divided into 6-8 dessert portions or 18 to 24 mini bites.
