An extra deep layer of our famed chocolate chip brownies with a white chocolate inscription and star spangled border of baked in cookies.
This brownie slab can be made into a fingerlicking hot dessert by removing the cellophane wrap, then warm in a microwave for 1 minute, or pre-heat a fan oven to 150C, place slab on the middle rack and warm it through for 10 minutes.
Each brownie slab weighs approx 700g, measuring 14cm x 20cm and can be divided into 6-8 dessert portions or 18 to 24 mini bites.
