Almond St Clement Tart

Recipient of a Great Taste Award, our wheat and dairy free Almond St Clement is great as a treat or dessert. Made with organic lemons and oranges, this cake is a super moist layer of sponge topped with toasted almonds and orange syrup.  For a simple dessert add some dairy free yoghurt and fresh berries!  Despite its dairy free nature it does pair exceptionally well with a dollop of Crème Fraiche.  

This 7" cake serves 6, but is also easy to cut into 8 smaller portions.
